Our recognition system has three basic tiers: gallon gifts we offer at our locations, online store gifts for points earned by donation, and a lifetime achievement plaque with induction into the Precious Mettle Club. We understand that the lifetime achievement plaque is difficult for the whole blood and DRBC donors to strive for based on deferral times and would like to come up with a new additional plaque.
Do you like the idea of a plaque that lists the names of donors who have met the goal for the best frequency for a given year? For example, all whole blood donors making 5 donations in 2007 would be on the plaque, all DRBC donors making 2 donations, etc. |
