Donate platelets or whole blood four times from Jan. 1, 2009 - Dec. 31, 2009 (once per quarter) or donate double red cells 3 times from Jan. 1, 2009 - Dec. 31, 2009 and you will be a member of the 4 Quarters Club! After your second donation you will receive a 4 Quarters Club t-shirt and after you have completed your donations for each quarter you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a cruise!
